Good professional experience, knowledgeable sales person Vince helped talk through the process… overall my garage got torn down Fourth of July weekend and the project was completed by end of August and I am satisfied with the job they did and their responsiveness throughout the process. I may have paid a premium, however it was within the budget I envisioned for the project. I’ve worked with other general contractors recently who weren’t so easy to get a hold of and less willing to stand behind their work so was glad to have a team that was experienced and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process.

During the summer of 2024, we had a garage built. The four month build time saw the garage done in the fall. Last year concrete cracks started to appear. The side step is now worse. I called Danley today. First, the concrete is not covered for any repairs. SECONDLY, the female representative said "concrete is meant to crack". I disagree! I hope othrrs don't have the same issue.

Buyer Beware - I purchased a garage with a 120-day timeline guarantee, The guarantee notes if the garage is not completed on time there is a $1,000 credit applied to the final payment. The garage was not completed on time and Danley's agreed that the $1,000 credit would be honored. On the final walk-through I was told that I needed to pay a balance of $6,455.00 not the $5,455.00 that was owed. The signed $1,000 credit timeline agreement states that the final balance due would include the $1,000 credit. The salesmen through to the coordinating team during each stage of the process and the building teams that come out for the foundation to building to the electrical they were a well organized symphony.
